This project addresses the need for increased medium-density housing in inner suburban areas, like Carlton, to counter the negative effects of urban sprawl. The proposal involves a site plan for six plots and a detailed design for one, aiming to double the current dwellings while maintaining individual amenity and improve neighbourhood ecology.
